We develop a business plan in cooperation with the investor (in part or in its entirety), which presents the objectives and tasks as well as the budget in a fair manner, taking into account goals set by the investor.
Documentation
We handle the development of comprehensive documentation for the investment project, including but not limited to applications, enclosures and other necessary documents.
Design
Based on our specialist knowledge and many years of experience, we provide comprehensive designs of process lines, including the selection and arrangement of the machinery.
Control
We control the entire investment process, including the construction of production halls, selection of contractors, purchase of the machinery. We have our own database of trusted contractors.
Start-up
We handle the production run and standardization, develop management policies and procedures, and implement selected technologies.
Support
Following the factory start-up, we provide support to our Client during the preestablished period of time. We assist in reaching the prefabrication level assumed in the business plan.
